Information we collect
- Enquiry form data (voluntary). When you send the project enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, work email address, company (optional), the engineering challenge you select and your description. The form does not accept attachments, and we ask you not to include confidential or security-sensitive system details. Submissions are processed by our web server and delivered to our team by email; the website does not keep a copy.
- Spam protection. To limit abuse, the server keeps a short-lived record of how many enquiries were sent from each connection in the last hour. It stores only a one-way hash of the IP address, not the address itself, and discards it after an hour.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third-party services such as font or analytics providers.
The interactive diagram and the educational tools run entirely in your browser. Settings and values you enter there are not sent to us or stored.
How we use information
We use enquiry data to reply to you, scope your project, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting business relationship. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Legal basis

Limited data is processed by the service providers that make the site work — our web hosting provider, which runs the server that delivers enquiries to our team by email, and our email provider, under their own privacy terms. Where your project needs expertise from elsewhere in RelaNex Group, your enquiry may be shared with those engineers so they can help. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
